What you agree to when you use nobs.run. Short, direct, the way it should be.
Last updated: 23 May 2026.
Who you're dealing with
nobs.run is based in the Netherlands and registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under KvK 61221856. We are the people behind the site, the morning mail, the social posts, and any future merch shipped from nobs.run. If you have a problem, you can mail us at hi{'@'}nobs.run.
What you can do here
Read everything. Pick excuses. Get roasted. Subscribe to the morning mail. Submit a line of your own to the community queue. Sign up for The 30. Buy merch when we ship it. All of that is free unless explicitly priced, and your right to use it lasts as long as we keep the site running.
What we ask in return
Don't break the law on our site. Don't try to brute-force the admin. Don't scrape the API for resale. Don't submit community lines that are hateful, threatening, or someone else's copyrighted work. Don't impersonate someone. We moderate community submissions before they appear publicly — anything off-brand gets dropped without comment.
User-submitted content
When you submit a community line, a city suggestion, or any other content via a form, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use it on the site, in the mail, on our socials, or in future products. We may edit lightly for clarity. We may decline to publish without reason. We may attribute you by the first name you supplied — or not, if you prefer anonymous. If you want a submission removed, mail us and we will.
What we don't promise
We try to make the site useful and accurate. We don't promise it is. The weather data comes from third parties, our roasts are written by humans (with AI assist) — they may be wrong. Running has risks. Consult a doctor before starting if you have concerns. We are not liable for injuries, delays, missed PRs, or relationship problems caused by you running instead of doing the dishes.
When we change things
We may change features, pricing, the URL of the daily roast page, or these terms themselves. Material changes get a notice on the homepage and (if you're subscribed) in a daily mail. The 'last updated' date at the top of this page is the canonical timestamp. Your continued use after a change counts as acceptance.
If we have to part ways
You can stop using the site at any moment. You can unsubscribe from the mail with one click. We can suspend or block your access if you break these terms or break our infrastructure. We'll usually explain why.
Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any dispute that we can't settle by mail goes to the competent court in the Netherlands. The European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform is also an option for consumers in the EU: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
